GRAPHICS PROGRAMMER
We are looking for a graphics programmer for our ambitious next-gen project Earth No More.
Duties and responsibilities:
As a graphics programmer you will research and develop cutting edge rendering technology and
guide artists and designers in the proper use of the technology.
Requirements:
- 3+ years game development experience
- Highly proficient in C++ and object-oriented design
- Proven ability to develop state of the art graphics systems
- Experience in HLSL/CG and pixel & vertex shader assembly
- Production experience with DirectX or LibGCM programming
- Very strong 3D math background
- Experience with optimization and choosing efficient rendering algorithms
- Deep understanding of modern 3D techniques (Shaders, Lighting Models, Visibility)
- Worked on at least one published console/PC title from start to finish
- Strong desire and drive to develop cutting edge AAA titles
- Comfortable in working with an established code base
- Ability to write robust, efficient and maintainable code
- Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Ability to work efficiently and with diplomacy under pressure
- Good team player
Assets:
- Experience in PlayStation 3 and PC/Xbox360 graphics programming
- Experience in game development with Unreal Engine
- Familiarity with 3DS Max plug-in development
- Familiarity with code optimization and profiling tools (e.g. VTune)
- Bachelors degree in software engineering
- Passion for developing and playing video games
- Passion for 1st or 3rd person action-adventure games
- Personal game projects in related fields
