SENIOR DESIGNER

We are looking for a senior designer for our ambitious next-gen project Earth No More.

Duties and responsibilities:

As senior designer you are a passionate gamer, with years of gameplay design and building experience. Your job is to design and develop genre-advancing gameplay mechanics and to co-operate with the level design team on creating fun gameplay experiences.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of game design experience
  
• Worked on at least one triple-A title from start to finish
  
• Excellent creative game design skills
  
• Passion for developing and playing video games
  
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
  
• Strong knowledge of game and level design theory/principles
  
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  
• Ability to work in a team efficiently and with diplomacy under pressure
  
• Ability to mentor other designers
  

Assets:

• Experience on designing action-adventure games
  
• Experience on multiple platforms and game genres
  
• Detailed knowledge of all aspects of game production
  
• Proven ability in another discipline e.g. scripting or programming
  
• Knowledge of design tools (like Visio or 3D modeling programs)
  
• Experience in game development with Unreal Engine
  
• Experience in developing on Xbox 360, PS3 or high-end PC
  
• Experience on agile methodologies and cross-disciplinary development
